Successful application of any decal requires a completely smooth and clean surface, any traces of dust, grease/oil, wax or any other contaminants will result in decal failure over time.

We guarantee that you will never receive blurred, poorly cut or pixelated images.
If you receive a product that fails to meet your expectations, simply return it to us and we will refund 100% of the purchase price. If the item is faulty and it is impractical for you to return it, we will usually accept a photograph that shows where the issue is, or that demonstrates why you are unhappy with the product.
We prefer payment to made via PayPal but bank account details are available on request if you prefer to pay via Bank Deposit/EFT.
Please note, if you pay via eCheque through PayPal, your payment will take 5-7 business days to clear and we will not post your decal until PayPal advises us that your payment has cleared. This is entirely beyond our control and clearance times are determined by your bank and PayPal.
We do not include tracking with the delivery service offered in our listings, we recommend that you select the option for registered post during the checkout.
Local pickup is not available on any items. We also offer Express Post is on most of our items at checkout (express post provides a level of tracking), the additional cost will be added automatically when you select Express Post during the checkout. We cannot alter your postage options after you have completed checkout.
Whilst we cannot be responsible for items lost by Australia Post, we will always work with you to resolve problems with any items that are not delivered by Australia Post within a reasonable time frame. Please let us know if your item is taking an unusually long time to arrive.
Some cut vinyl decals may be folded between the text or graphic elements to enable packaging into a regular Australia Post envelope. Packaging the decals this way reduces the postage costs ensuring you get the best possible value. We have delivered our decals by folding them like this for many years, and we guarantee that it will not affect the application of the decal in any way.
