We do not include tracking with the free delivery service offered in our listings, we recommend that you select the option for registered post during the checkout.

Local pickup is not available on any items. We also offer Express Post on most of our items at checkout (express post provides a level of tracking), the additional cost will be added automatically when you select Express Post during the checkout.

We always work with our customers to resolve problems with items that are not delivered by Australia Post within a reasonable time frame. Australia Post estimates that interstate mail can take between 4-7 business days to arrive using their standard economy mail service. Please let us know if your item is taking an unusually long time to arrive and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Some cut vinyl decals may be folded between the text or graphic elements to enable packaging into a regular Australia Post envelope. Packaging the decals this way reduces the postage costs ensuring you get the best possible value. We have delivered our decals by folding them like this since we began selling online back in 2001, and we guarantee that it will not affect the application of the decal in any way.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one.

Items that we custom make for you such as boat registration numbers, boat names, personalised name labels and any other personalised product can only be returned if the item is faulty or we have made an error in the production of the item.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we will usually accept a photo showing the fault rather than having you return the item to us, you can send the photo to us at
